Customisation of Designs

Scanning
With the SCITIEX EverSmart scanner any originals like transparency, bromides and even printed reference books can be scanned on a very high resolution. Colour correction also can be done precisely.

Proof Reading
We walk that extra mile to ensure accuracy and reliability. To keep with our stringent system of accuracy any work that has been undertaken by us, will go through a minimum of two levels of proof reading. Our proof reading includes proof reading both on the computer and manually.

Proofing
We are built with a capacity to provide high resolution proof for colour and fully imposed low resolution proof for layout verification.

Film Output
Our high resolution image setter from Scitex is used for film output up to 5000 dots per inch.


Lotem 800 II Quantum Platesetter
Lotem 800 II Quantum platesetter offers superb quality and high platemaking productivity of up to 25 8-up plates per hour. Creo SQUARE spot thermal imaging predictability and consistency assures plate imaging integrity. Driven by a Brisque, the Lotem 800 II Quantum is for the discriminating printer who cannot compromise. This ultimate computer-to-plate (CTP) device meets and adapts to all your needs for efficient, continuous production that keeps the presses running. We are having online backing unit, which do increases the plate run length in printing.

Rip Station
Creo's Brisque workflow automates the various operations and processes in the prepress workflow, including RIPping, trapping, imposition, screening and output. The Brisque’s RIP Once output many (ROOM) workflow assures very high file integrity, since the same RIPed data are used for all output devices - contract and imposition proofers, imagesetter or platesetter. Brisque Pro Express 6E3X2 (1,2 GHz) Dual processor and the Version 5.0.61.10 do meets heavy peaks in the workload, using Symmetric Multiple Processing, taking care of RIPing, page-independent imposition, Trapping, Impose Proofs, CIP3 data generation and and output to a Platesetter or an Imagesetter. The Brisque can also export data to high-res PDF, PostScript, TIFF/IT-P1 and fully imposed flat as low-res PDF for remote approvals. A wide range of high-quality screens are also available, including the high-definition Staccato FM screening.

Dolev 800V Imagesetter
The Dolev 800V imagesetter is a high-speed large-format internal drum output device. The imagesetter uses laser optics to output onto film, paper, or polyester plates. It has having 3-supply cassette, with on-line processor. 12” supply cassette 20” supply cassette 33” supply cassette Maximum size of film is 30”x42”

EverSmart Flatbed
The EverSmart scanners are tabletop scanners for producing high quality color separations. The EverSmart is designed for maximum input flexibility, including:
• Various types of originals: color transparencies and reflectives, positives, negatives, black and white, and line-art.
• High resolution line-art scan, required for printers, packaging and Kanji script applications.
• A moiré elimination feature allows scanning printed material.
• Original size ranges from 35 mm up to 305x432 mm (12"x17").
• Unlimited thickness of reflectives and up to 5mm (3/16") thickness of transparencies.
The EverSmart scanners are operated by a Power Macintosh PCI and incorporates XY technology. XY is the two dimensional movement of the scanner head, and automatic positioning of the scanner head for optimal scanning. This technology enables: maximum uniform quality over the entire scanner board; maximum scale and resolution for all original sizes; the scanning of large originals and large crops in high scale values; and high resolution line-art scanning for the entire board as, for example, scanning a 4x5" transparency at 4600% with the EverSmart Supreme. Another example is the ability to obtain uniform resolution and quality when images are placed at the edges and in the center of the board. Optical settings and machine calibrations are handled by the scanner. The intuitive, workflow-oriented user interface is designed for easy usage. The scanner has built-in automatic features for optimal scanning results. The interface enables multi-level image editing, ranging from automatic scanning to professional scanning controls.

Color Management System
Gretag's i-one Spectrophotometer and are used along with ProfileMaker and Creo's Profile Wizard color management software to calibrate the display devices (computer monitors), proofing devices and for generating Press profiles. Integris proof controller (Integris) is a professional color management solution for ink-jet printers. The use of ICC profiles allows Integris to simulate a wide variet of output devices on your printer. Integris works with color management datasets to enable to handle this settings automatically. All color management settings are collected into a dataset that is saving under its own name (hot folder).

Epson 9600 Ink-Jet Printer
Epson 9600 is Ink-Jet printer which has having 7 ink cartridges to get wider color gamut. All processed jobs are proofed on color-calibrated inkjet printers for customer approval. For pagination and dummy purpose we use to make proof in Creo Iris 43 wide printer.

Layout and Page Assembly
The latest Apple Dual 2 GHz PowerPc G5 and Intel Pentium 4 systems are used for layout, assembly work, and for image manipulation. Most popular Desktop Prepress Applications including Adobe PageMaker V7, Adobe InDesign CS2, QuarkXpress 6.5, Adobe llustrator CS2, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Macromedia FreeHand V10 and CorelDraw 12 are used to process customer-supplied files. Especially for both diary and calendar layout Q++ software is used.
