Knurling
We use a knurling machine for embossing the paper surface with various patterns: linen, pin-let, leather and criss-cross.

Lamination
A fully automatic machine from Wen Chyuan which does both cold and hot lamination with various substitutes like Bopp, Polyester etc. in varying thickness.

Aqua Varnish
We use a specialized machine for water-based varnishing, involving spot and flood varnishing.

Folding
10 high speed folding machines with multiple features like continuous feeding, stacking into bundles, creasing for end papers, folding from 4, 8, 12, 16, 24 and 32 printing pages, perforated folding for thicker paper including Japanese computer controlled Shoei machines and Polygraph machines.

Sewing
SRINIVAS FINE ARTS uses 3 high speed automatic sewing Aster 2000 machines with Lap openers, Section Scanning and book separators.

Tipping
There are two automatic machines that can tip end paper or dividers to the start or end of any section in a book block.

Edge Gilding
The Ochsner 2000 from Switzerland is a new technology that SRINIVAS FINE ARTS uses for edge gilding of book blocks in various metallic colours.

Round Cornering/ Round Corner Edge Gilding
Ochsner from Switzerland is a new technology that SRINIVAS FINE ARTS uses for book block corner rounding and round corner edge gilding.

Index Cutting
The Durrer machine is used for fully automatic, state-of-the technology for index cutting that can cut in multiple shapes, like thumb, step and U and sizes along with alphabet printing in two colours and varnishing. This print finishing technology is unique and unusual.

Foiling
Six Kludge and Heidelberg GTP machines along with the latest foil press with automatic case feeding, high speed and precision in multi colour foil pressing from Kolbus is used for foiling, debossing and embossing.

UV Varnish
A full automatic Wen Chyuan machine with UV drier-involving spot and flood varnishing.

Creasing/Punching
We use six machines, including Heidelberg and Azai Simon for creasing and punching.

Corner Perforation
A special machine is used for the purpose of corner perforation.

Case Sewing
JUKI machines are employed for case stitching and for providing new designs.
