deliveries with minimum trans-shipment for safe delivery of the cargo.
Air Shipment
More care is taken in handling the air shipments. Cartons will be palletized to
avoid damage to the edges/pilferage while handling at the terminal. The pallets
are stretch-wrapped with BOPP film to protect from water damage, and also
strapped with metal belts over the wooden lid to arrest the movement of the
cargo inside the pallets. Pallets are constructed as per the requirements of
the customer. Reputed airlines are used for fast and safe delivery of cargo.
Sea Cargo
Sea cargo is containerized in 20 or 40 ft General Purpose (GP) containers
confirming to ISO norms. Containers are filled with cargo at our factory
premises under our direct supervision, avoiding transit and handling damages by
moving the cargo to ports through trucks. To meet the customer's requirements
cargo is also palletized in EURO size.
Cartons/Pallets are planned in advance based on the cubic meter (CBM) of
container, and trained personnel are engaged in stacking cargo into the
container.
Additional safety precautions such as dunnage and wooden frames are fixed into
the container to avoid movement of cargo, during voyage and also while
unloading. World reputed shipping companies with global tracking facilities are
engaged for the safe delivery of our cargo. With firm sailing schedule of the
vessels vendors are informed in advance to plan inventory without and thereby
ensures smooth transit.
